It’s our number one priority to ensure that all schools using SchoolStatus Boost have the necessary help at their disposal when needed. Questions come up—and we understand the need for quick answers to get you on your way. That’s why we have several methods to get help when you need it!
Live Chat
The best way to get an immediate answer during “extended” business hours is the SchoolStatus Boost live chat functionality. You can open the live chat by clicking the “Live Chat” button in the upper right corner of SchoolStatus Boost.
Note: The live chat is not visible on the observation tools at this point. To get to the live chat, leave the observation (click “View Summary”) and you’ll see the button in the upper right of the screen.
Schedule a PD Session
Whether you’re new to SchoolStatus or a seasoned vet, there’s plenty to learn regarding the updates to the platform. We’re always improving the site, so be sure to schedule some time with one of us!
Online Office Hours
Some of you may have heard about our in-person office hours. We’re extending that practice to the web every afternoon. From ‘hangouts’ or chats where we’ll be available via phone and the web to share our screen and help you with questions or clarify how to do something on SchoolStatus.
